What to do if there is no water in my iM3 Elite handpiece?

  If there's no water flow in your iM3 Medical Equipment handpiece, start by checking a few basic things. Is the compressor turned on? Is the water flow control (P4) in the ON position? Is the water/CLS bottle empty? Look for any kinks in the water line that might be blocking the flow. Make sure the 3-way syringe has water. Check the lines and pressure to ensure they're adequate. Also, verify that the regulator pressure is set to 70-80 PSI.

Another cause could be the use of Chlorhexidine, which can deposit and block valves. CLS is designed for use in its diluted strength without depositing, so ensure you are using it correctly. Other possible causes include the compressor not being ON, the water flow control not being in the ON position, or an empty water/CLS bottle. Also, check for kinks in the water line, ensure the 3-way syringe has water, and verify the lines, pressure, and regulator pressure (70-80 PSI).
