What to do if CD-ROM doesn't work after installing Imation Storage?

If your CD-ROM or another IDE device isn't working after installing the Imation Storage SuperDisk drive, first check your jumper settings to ensure the Master and Slave drives are correctly configured. Verify that your CD-ROM or other device is compatible. Try moving the SuperDisk drive to a different IDE channel or its own IDE channel. Finally, check all cable connections to ensure they are secure.
