BLOOD GLUCOSE METER
■ Do not use the blood glucose meter in close proximity to other
electrical devices, in order to avoid possible electromagnetic
interference.
■ Used blood glucose meters may have traces of blood on them and
therefore potentially represent infectious hazard.
■ Remove the battery prior to disposal.
■ Dispose of the blood glucose meter according to local regulations.
USED TEST STRIPS, LANCETS AND ALCOHOL SWABS
■ Used test strips, lancets, and alcohol swabs (or similar materials)
may be infectious. It is therefore important to treat used materials
as infectious or biohazardous waste.
■ Please dispose of these materials according to local regulations.
BATTERY
■ Prior to use, check that the battery cover is closed.
■ Use only the recommended battery type (CR 2032). Other battery
types can damage the device.
■ Dispose of batteries according to local regulations.
■ Never dispose of batteries in a re.
