2. Inject oil through this hole in the spindle carrier cover (2). This oil should soon
exit from the drain pipe (5). If the oil injected at the top does not exit
immediately afterwards at the cooling lubricant outlet (4) and drain pipe
(5), this must be cleaned.

The area around the drain pipe (5) may have a different design
depending on the machine type or design of the machine. Some
panels or covers may have to be removed.
Clean cooling lubricant outlet (4) and drain pipe (5).
4. Repeat the process until the injected oil freely flows out of the drain pipe.
5. Replace the blanking plug (3) and reinstall any removed panels or covers.
