To start, will begin beeping from 3 to 15 sec followed by
speech feedback "remote support enabled".
The V4 embosser has to be equipped with firmware 1.3.5
or higher and be connected to the Internet with the IP-port
with DHCP on. After remote support is started, Index
support may control this embosser remotely. Contact
support@indexbraille.com for further information.
5.2 Select layout
Select on of five alternative layouts containing paper sizes, top margin, binding margin, lines per
page, line length and characters per line, from the control panel.
To select layout 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5
Press arrow UP/DOWN on the control panel of the embosser to start Set Layout, echo: "Set
layout, current value is 1(or 2,3,4,5) paper size (of this layout)".
Press HELP to identify the paper size, duplexing, characters per line, lines per page.
Press OK to save the new layout.
