Replacement is necessary, when
· the sensor is severely contaminated
· the sensor is mechanically deformed
· the sensor is faulty, e.g. filament of hot cathode broken (® 2 44)
· the sensor is faulty, e.g. Pirani element broken (® 2 44)
· Allen key, size 2.5 mm
· Spare sensor (® 2 47)
Deinstall the gauge (® 2 40).
Deinstall the electronics unit from the faulty sensor and mount it to the new
sensor (
® 2 15).
Adjust the gauge (® 2 42).
The new sensor is now installed.
