6.9 AVVIAMENTO DEI PROGRAMMI DI COTTURA MANUALI (Fig. 6.8 / 6.9)
Nei programmi manuali n° 01 / 02 / 03 / 04 / 05, dopo aver programmato la fase, la sigla Go segnalerà che il sistema elettronico del forno è in attesa del
comando START. Premere il pulsante (C) START / STOP, il ciclo di cottura avrà inizio, si accenderà il led verde (C1).
Il display LCD mostra i dati come descritti nei precedenti paragrafi; il display (L) visualizza la temperatura presente nella camera di cottura; il display (M),
se il ciclo lo prevede, la percentuale di umidità relativa; il display (N) visualizza il tempo mancante alla
fine del ciclo se la fase è stata selezionata con il tempo, viceversa se l’impostazione della fase di
cottura è eseguita con la sonda al cuore, il display (N) segnala il tempo trascorso dall’inizio della
cottura; il display (O) visualizza la temperatura rilevata dallo spillone.
Un minuto dalla fine del tempo i display (L) (M) (N) e (O) visualizzeranno ad intermittenza i rispettivi
valori per avvisare che la cottura sta terminando.
Molto importante: Durante il ciclo di cottura manuale si possono modificare o verificare i valori di
temperatura e tempo precedentemente impostati, procedendo come segue:
fare click sull’encoder; nel display (L) viene visualizzato ad intermittenza il valore di temperatura
selezionato nella camera di cottura; entro 2” modificare il valore come descritto in precedenza, oppure
fare nuovamente click sull’encoder per confermare tale valore e visualizzare quello successivo.
Dopo aver modificato il valore desiderato non è necessario fare click sull’encoder per confermarlo e
memorizzarlo, il sistema elettronico eseguirà automaticamente l’operazione.
6.9 COMMISSIONING OF THE MANUAL COOKING PROGRAMS

In the manual programs n° 01 / 02 / 03 / 04 / 05, after having programmed the phase, the message
Go
will show that the electronic system is waiting for
the START. You just need to press the button (C) START/STOP to start the cooking program, the
green led will turn on.
The LCD displays show the data as described in the previous paragraphs; the display (L) shows the
cooking chamber temperature; the display (M), if it is foreseen, shows the percentage of humidity, the
display (N) the remaining cooking time (timed cooking), vice versa by skewer cooking the display (N)
shows the time passed from the beginning of the cooking process; the display (O) shows the
temperature measured by the skewer. One minute before the end of the cooking time the display (L)
(M) (N) and (O) will flash to show that the cooking cycle is ending.
Attention: While cooking using manual programs, you can modify at any time the cooking parameters
following the instructions: click the encoder knob, on the display (L) the cooking chamber temperature
will flash; within 2 seconds modify the value as above described, click the encoder again to confirm
the value.
After you have modified the value you don’t need to press the encoder to store the value, the electronic system will do it automatically.
6.9 STARTEN DES MANUELLEN GARPROGRAMMS (Abb. 6.8 / 6.9)
Nach der Programmierung der Phase, zeigt die Schrift Go, dass das elektronische System für das STARTEN wartet und genügt es bei den manuellen
Programmen n° 01 / 02 / 03 / 04 / 05, den Knopf (C) START/STOP drücken um das Garprogramm zu
starten.
Der LCD Display zeigt die Daten wie oben beschrieben: Der Display (L) erscheint die
Garraumtemperatur; der Display (M), wenn es vorgesehen ist, erscheint die Befeuchtungsprozent, der
Display (N) die fehlende Garzeit bis Ende des Garzyklus, wenn man mit Zeitgeber kocht, hingegen
erscheint der Display (N) die vergangene Garzeit vom Anfang des Garzyklus wenn man den KTF
benutzt.; auf dem Display (O) erscheint die Temperatur des Kerntemperaturfühlers.
Eine Minute vor Ende der Garzeit, blinken alle Display (L) (M) (N) und (O), um zu zeigen, dass der
Garzyklus zu Ende ist.
Achtung: Während die manuelle Programme in Betrieb sind, kann man immer die Parameter ändern
wie es folgt: den Encoder-Knopf drücken, die Garraumtemperatur wird auf dem Display (L) blinken,
innerhalb 2 Sekunden kann man den Wert modifizieren wie oben beschrieben. Das elektronische System wird automatisch den Wert steuern.
