7.0N SETTING OF THE COOK & HOLD SYSTEM IN AN AUTOMATIC COOKING PROGRAM
The cook & hold system allows you to keep at a constant temperature the food, immediately after a cooking cycle.
In the cooking programs this system is automatically proposed, if in the last phase you have selected
COMBINATION or CONVECTION modes.
To choose cook & hold function you need to confirm “OK” with the encoder and the wished temperature
on the display (L), within a temperature range from 20°C to 50°C.
Just in case you have selected a COMBINATION mode in the last phase, the range of temperature is
between 10% and 50%.
If the function Cook & Hold has been started, the symbol C&H will appear on the 16th letter, alternating with the recipe name.
Important note:
to cancel the Cook & Hold function in a program with more phases, it is necessary to program again the last cooking phase.
Important note:
if you selected a single Cook & Hold phase in an automatic program, on the display (A) the message COOK & HOLD will replace
the recipe name.
