Care, cleaning and storage
WARNING
The multicooker base contains electrical components. To avoid re, electric
leakage and/or personal injury, make sure the multicooker base always stays dry.
• DO NOT immerse the multicooker base in water or other liquid or attempt to
cycle it through the dishwasher.
• DO NOT rinse the heating element.
• DO NOT submerge or rinse the power cord or the plug.
WARNING
Without proper cleaning, food and
grease splatter may build up around
the heating element, causing the risk of
smoke, re, and personal injury.
If you see or smell black smoke, press
Cancel and unplug the air fryer lid.
Once cool, clean the affected area as
directed to avoid personal injury and/or
property damage.
Storing the air fryer lid
The protective pad and storage cover does double duty: protecting your counters from
the heat of the air fryer lid, and protecting the heating element and cover while it’s not in
use.
01 Flip the protective pad over so the grooved side faces up.
02 Lower the air fryer lid onto the protective pad as indicated in the image below.
03 Turn the air fryer lid clockwise until the protective pad locks into place.
