Push the food item onto the spit.
Tighten the set
screw to secure
the forks.
Slide the forks onto both ends of the spit, ensuring the prongs are
inserted into the food item.
CAUTION
Ensure the food item is able to rotate freely. Do not allow food items to make contact
with the heating coil.
