3. SAS/SATA Data Cable Guide
By default, the chassis will include one AXXCBL450HD7S cable that can be routed from the motherboard to each of four HDDs. SAS data cables may need to
be ordered separately when adding a SAS RAID module, SAS RAID PCIe* add-in card and/or Hot-Swap Backplanes to the system.
SAS / SATA data cables are NOT included with any of the chassis.
3.1 SAS/SATA Data Cable Connector Types
There are three storage interface connector types used within this product family:
