The monitoring system shall use the same antenna used for transmission, or an antenna
that yields equivalent reception at that location.

EUT uses difference antenna used for transmission and monitoring. It must
be verified that the monitoring antenna provides coverage equivalent to that of
the transmitting antenna. Measurements are made in accordance with ANSI
C63.17 sub-clause 4.
