Why are there white flakes in the water with my Intex CS2110 Water Filtration Systems?
    • F
      Fred EvansAug 25, 2025
If you see white flakes in the water when using your Intex Water Filtration System, it's likely due to excessive calcium hardness in the pool water. To fix this, drain about 20 to 25% of the pool water and add fresh water to lower the calcium hardness. Also, inspect the electrolytic cell for scale buildup and clean it if necessary.

How to fix a no LED display on Intex Water Filtration Systems?
    • M
      Monica GordonAug 29, 2025
If your Intex Water Filtration System's LED display isn't working, first ensure there is a power supply by checking the switch and turning it on. If that doesn't work, reset the household socket GFCI. If the problem persists, a power fuse may have blown or there may be an LED failure, and you should contact the Intex Service Center.

Why is my Intex CS2110 not producing enough chlorine?
    • C
      Cody MurphyNov 10, 2025
If your Intex Water Filtration System isn't producing enough sodium hypochlorite, several factors could be at play. It could be due to insufficient operating hours of the Saltwater System, so increase its daily operating time. The salt level in the pool water might be too low (less than 2000ppm); check and adjust it using the Test Kit. Intense sunlight can also degrade sodium hypochlorite; use a pool cover when the pool is not in use or when the unit is operating. Increased bather load also affects this, so increase the system's operating time. Lastly, a clogged or dirty electrolytic cell can be the culprit; remove the cell for inspection and clean it if needed. If there is a high UV level exposure, cover the pool with a pool cover for 2 days with the device running and then test the water...

What to do if the LED panel code flashes and the alarm is on in my Intex Water Filtration Systems?
    • H
      hortizNov 16, 2025
If the LED panel on your Intex Water Filtration System is flashing a code and the alarm is on, there could be several reasons. First, ensure that a filter pump with the correct flow rate is attached and operating. Secondly, check for blockages in the circulation line by removing the black hat-like plugs from the pool strainer connectors, clearing your filter cartridge and cell from debris, and releasing any trapped air. Also, verify the inlet and outlet hose direction, reversing them if necessary. Scale on the flow sensor pins inside the titanium electrode can also cause this issue, so clean the titanium electrode. Make sure the electrode cord is securely plugged in and the plug collar is tightened. Finally, an inner timer conflict between the filter pump and saltwater system could be the ...
