DISCONNECTING BATTERY CABLES:
1. Place the battery boxes in a well ventilated area
where work can be performed without risking
damage to carpeting or floor covering.
2. Disconnect strap and lift battery box lid to expose
underlying cables.
3. Remove the hex screw and locknut that secures
the NEGATIVE (-) black battery cable to the
negative battery terminal/post.
4. Remove the hex screw and locknut that secures
the POSITIVE (+) red battery cable to the positive
battery terminal/post.
