If P15.29=0, the system will switch to the power
frequency input when the light is weak.

During the weak light warning, if the PV voltage is
higher than the starting voltage, after the delay
time, the warning will be cleared and it will run
again.
When P15.29=0, if the PV voltage is higher than
P15.31, after the delay time, it will switch to solar
input mode.
