Start the installation wizard by inserting the CD and selecting the setup option.
Configure network settings like IP address, subnet mask, and gateway for the print server.
Select the printer, handle potential errors, review summary, and complete the installation.
Use System Preferences to add a new IP printer using the Printer Browser.
Select LPD protocol, enter IP address, queue name, and choose the printer model.
Ensure port forwarding and start the Add Printer Wizard for IPP setup.
Provide the full IPP URL including IP address, port, and queue name.
Select the printer driver and finish the wizard to enable remote printing.
