There is more than one approach that can be taken to install the ADE. The
installation of the ADE is dependent on the vessel structure. Follow these
generic steps to install the ADE:
1 Determine location for ADE. If necessary, drill / cut-out a cable access
hole in the mounting surface.
2 Fasten mounting pole to level surface. If a mounting ange is used,
apply a sealant between ange and mounting surface to protect
against leakage and corrosion.
3 Fit ADE / BDE cable to ADE connector, install strain relief for cable.
4 Fasten mounting bracket to ADE.
