Fault Problem Solution
Reduced suction
- The dust bin is full
- The dust bin filter is blocked
- The air way is blocked
- Empty the dust bin
- Clean or replace the dust bin filter
- Check and clear the air way for any blockages
The LED light flashes red and blue during charging
- The battery is not placed in the vacuum while
charging
- Insert battery into vacuum and charge. If issue
persists, please contact Customer Care
Insucient run time after charging
- Insucient charging time
- Normal discharge reduction in battery
- Fully charge the battery according to the instruction
described in the owner’s guide
- Purchase new battery
The LED light does not turn on while charging - The vacuum is connected to a wrong charger
- Only use the charger originally provided
with your handheld vacuum (charger model
YLS0241A-T260060)
The LED light flashes red during operation
- Suction air way is blocked
- Battery power is low
- Check and clear all debris in the suction air way of
the vacuum. If the upholstery tool is attached, check
and clear the roller. If issue persists, please contact
Customer Care.
