sink. It is also possible to test the insulation between primary and
secondary, and between primary and ground; however, as T 2000
reaches only 3000 V, the test voltage is normally much less than
the nominal voltage rating, so the test can be useful to measure
the leakage current, at lower voltage.
The test is executed the same way as for CT transformers: see
paragraph 2.1.6. The connection diagram is the following.
