3. Install the crankshaft damper pulley. Use the
locating dowel pin.
4. Tighten the crankshaft damper pulley bolts to the
specified torque a little at a time in the numerical
order shown in the illustration.
Torque: 200 N·m (20.4 kgm/148 lbft)
6. Install the water pump to the front plate.
Refer to “Water Pump Installation” in this manual.
7. Install the alternator.
Refer to “Alternator Installation” in this manual.
8. Adjust the fan belt tension.
Refer to “Fan Belt Inspection” in this manual.
