6. Install the air boost pipe (injection pump governor to
the intake cover).
7. Install the fuel filter to the bracket.
• Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
Torque: 39 N·m (4.0 kgm/29 lbft)
8. Install the injection pipes.
• Tighten the sleeve nuts to the specified torque.
Torque: 29 N·m (3.0 kgm/22 lbft)
9. Install the fuel return pipe.
• Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
Torque: 37 N·m (3.8 kgm/27 lbft)
10.Install the fuel pipe (fuel filter to injection pump).
11.Install the fuel pipe (fuel pump to fuel filter).
• Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
Torque: 39 N·m (4.0 kgm/29 lbft)
12.Install the fuel leak off pipe (1).
• Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
Torque:
Cylinder head side: 29 N·m (3.0 kgm/22 lbft)
Filter side: 25 N·m (2.5 kgm/18 lbft)
