5.1 System Warnings
Note:
Any of the following warnings will be displayed on the screen, and the system will continue
operation.
System Warnings
Warning on Display Meaning
AllOk Systemoperationnormal;nowarningsorerrors
RibbonLow(W01) Printerreportsribbonlow
LabelLow(W02) SystemreportslabellowthroughoptionalLabelLowsensor
NoFormat(W03) System wishes to print a label but no format is loaded in
printer.Sendformattotheprintertocontinueoperation
RFIDTagBad
(W04) System has detected a bad RFID tag during encoding
process
RFIDVerifyError(W05) System could not verify encoded tag information once
appliedtoproduct
SerialCmdError(W06) System received data that did not match any known
commands
TimingViolation(W07) System received a product detection trigger but could not
start timing
sequence, since the apply cycle was not
complete. On a FASA system, this could mean that the
secondapplycyclehasaproductdelaythatistooshort.
PrintonDetector1 System is waiting for Product Detector 1 to trigger before
printingthenextlabel
PrintonDetector2 System is
waiting for Product Detector 2 to trigger before
printingthenextlabel
RetractSensor(W08) The system detected the optional auto‐retract sensor was
coveredduringtheextensioncycle,priortoproductcontact.
Thiscouldindicatealabelfedbeyondthepad,andcovered
the auto‐retract sensor, thus forcing the system
to return
fromtime‐outonly.
