Labelbucklesonthetamppad. Vacuumsettoohigh Decrease vacuum in 5 psi
increments until label lays flat
onthepad.
Tamp padvacuumchannelsare
incorrectlyported
Thefirstcolumnofholesshould
be open, matching the width of
the label. Last column of holes
(matching the label’s length)
should be
open, but only those
matchingthe widthof thelabel.

unblocked, and all remaining
holesshouldbeblocked.
Labelsarefeedingintotheedge
ofthetamppad.

Cylinder home sensor position

Move the cylinder home sensor
to a position where the cylinder
isdetectedhomelater.
Aircushionsettooslow The air cushion slows cylinder
travelatthereturnposition.Too
much cushion cause reduce
speed at the home position. Set
cushion at optimal position
between
slow returnandend of
travelcontact(seepage 20).
AirPressureOutError Air pressure below minimum
allowablevalue
Check incoming pressure value
at pressure sensor. If the
minimum pressure must be
adjusted, see
page 51, on
changingthesetpointminimum.
CFM dropping during
application, triggering air
pressureoutsignal
Clear the pressure sensors
minimumpsidetectionvalueby
following the instructions on
page 51. Run the unit and
watch the bargraph for large
drops.Oncethe air pressureout
error occurs again, check the
minimum pressure detected
from the instructions on
page 51.
