6 Stop at about 2” (5.0cm) from the top
of the zipper.
Lower the needle slightly into the
fabric, raise the foot.
Open the zipper to move the slider
behind the zipper foot. Lower the foot
and stitch the remainder of the seam,
making sure the fold is even.
5 Move the zipper foot to the left pin.
Guide the edge of the foot along the
zipper teeth and stitch through the
garment and zipper opening.
4 Close the zipper and spread the
fabric flat with the right side (Top
side) of fabric facing up.
