Why is my Janome Sewing Machine seam puckering?
- NNatalie JonesSep 5, 2025
Seam puckering can occur on your Janome Sewing Machine if: * The needle tension is too tight. * The needle thread or the bobbin thread is not threaded correctly. * The needle is too heavy for the fabric being sewn. * The stitch length is too long for the fabric. * The presser foot pressure is not adjusted correctly. When sewing extremely lightweight materials place interfacing underneath the fabric. * The fabric is not pulled tightly enough on the embroidery hoop.
