5.11.4. Adjustemptypotbufferbelt(optional)
Adjust the empty pot buffer belt before starting work with the machine.
Procedure:
1. Turn the pot dispenser off.
2. Place the end of the empty pot buffer belt on bracket (A) in the pot
dispenser and tighten.
3. Adjust the height of leg (B) so that the belt is horizontal.
4. Adjust the pot guide rail so that the pots move along the middle of the pot
belt. Adjust the rail with the two wing nuts.
5. Adjust bracket (A). The distance between the row of pots and the head
roller may be 1 cm.
6. Adjust the height of the sensor to 3 cm under the upper side of the belt.
Raise or lower the sensor if the pots do not drop into the row properly.
