Issue 1
Remote Control Valve (Services)
Symptom
1 Low secondary pressure.
2 Unstable secondary pressure.
3 High secondary pressure.
Possible cause
a Primary pressure is low.
b Spring 14 is damaged.
c Clearance between the spool
and seating is too large.
d The handle unit is loose.
a Sliding parts are sticking.
b Fluctuations in the tank line
pressure.
c Air is trapped in the piping.
a The tank line pressure is too
high.
b Sliding parts are sticking.
Remedy
Apply the correct primary pressure.
Renew the spring.
Renew the remote control valve
assembly.
Dismantle, reassemble or renew the
handle unit.
Release the sticking part.
Check return line and filter for
blockage.
Operate the valve several times to
remove the air.
Check return line and filter for
blockage.
Release the sticking part.
