9.2 Cleaning procedures

It is mandatory to run the “Cleaning” program at least once a week to guarantee
food safety.
When to clean the dispenser
Run the cleaning program when the warning appears in the display (See Fig.1).
If the dispenser is not cleaned and/or ushed within 24 hours the machine will block dispensing.
The cleaning program must run to completion before the dispenser will resume drink delivery.
There are two dierent cleaning programs:
• “Flushing” the drink outlets.
• “Cleaning” the cooling compartment and
the drink outlets.
Your Service provider can select the
weekdays for “Flushing” and “Cleaning”
programs in the operator menu under
CLEANING DAYS.
