The grid
voltage is too
low, or the
array voltage
is too low, or
the hardware
fails.
Disconnect the
power grid and
photovoltaic input
switch to ensure
no voltage input
to the inverter.
Check the power
grid voltage and
photovoltaic
voltage with a
multimeter
respectively.
