PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
● Coins get stuck at the
entrance of the tubes.
● Change is incorrectly
programmed.
● Separators are sticking
● You have the wrong
tube model for this change
combination.
● Check the values of
compact address 22.
● Send the J-2000 to
customer service.
● Replace the tubes.
● The J-2000 rejects a high
percentage of coins. In
sales monitoring mode, the
display shows a "2" each
time a coin is inserted.
● Measuring channel is
dirty.
● The selector door is not
completely closed.
● Clean the selector with a
cloth moistened with
alcohol. If the problem
continues, send the
selector to customer
service for adjustment.
● Check return motor
operation. Get rid of any
other obstruction.
● The J-2000 does not
accept any coin. When you
insert a coin no digit
appears.
● The connection cable
between the selector and
the control card is broken
or disconnected.
● Connect the cable.
● Coins not accepted and a
non-blinking "1" appears on
the display.
● The machine does not
respond to
communications properly.
● Check the cables
connecting the machine to
the compact.
● The programmed settings
have been lost.
● Electric noise. ● Make sure the machine is
properly grounded.
● In address 25 coins are
not accepted for tubes 1
and 5.
● First reloading was not
carried out properly.
● Consult first reloading
procedure in compact
manual.
● Coins with a given value
are not accepted.
● Inhibitions wrongly
programmed or return
failure.
● Check general inhibitions
in machine address 10.
● Check that coin return
tubes have coins (Machine
address 02 ) and that they
are working (Compact
address 27).
