PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
All coins are rejected. No
sale is possible and the
display shows a message
saying the machine is out of
service.
Machine out of service
because of internal
elevator break down,
expired product because of
temperature or because no
motor is connected.
Check the failure in
machine address 06.
If there is a fault in the
internal elevator, try to
reset it in address 07.
In case of product
expiration because of
temperature, remove the
product from the machine
and reset the failure in
machine address 07.
Should no connected
motor be detected, check
the three motor assembly
located on the transformer
bracket.
No sales from a channel
with product.
Insufficient change.
Product expired.
Problems with the inside
door opening switch.
Check that when you
select the product the
display shows an out of
change message.
If a product sold out
message is displayed: the
product may be considered
expired because the date
programmed in address 19
has passed.
Check that the internal
door opening switch works
properly. otherwise the
product sold out marks will
be deleted.
No banknotes accepted. Insufficient change.
The banknote has been
inhibited.
Banknote not recognised
by banknote reader.
Check whether when the
banknote is rejected there
is an out of change
message on the display.
Check address 22 for
banknote inhibitions.
Check banknote
acceptance in address 22.
