      Poor performance of your Johnson Controls Thermostat can stem from several factors. It could be due to excessive bus traffic, a baud rate that is set too low, or simply too many devices operating on the network. Unaccounted devices not mapped to the NAE or unusually slow devices can also contribute to this issue.

      If your Johnson Controls Thermostat controller does not come online, one reason might be that the controller is connected to the wrong bus. Alternatively, the baud rate specified in the new controller might be incompatible with the running network. If no device on the network is configured to use a specific baud rate, set the baud rate in the bus supervisor and set all other devices to auto baud.
