3. Reconnect motor power leads in the Variable Speed Drive to T1, T2, and T3 terminals and
torque to 18 ft-lb to 20 ft-lb as outlined in the labels in the VSD.
4. If provided, connect the motor winding thermistor shielded cable conductors in the Variable
Speed Drive at TB4. Refer to Unit Wiring and Field Control Modifications (Form 160.79-PW2).
5. Reconnect all unit wiring and harnesses. Refer to Unit Wiring and Field Control Modifications
(Form 160.79-PW2).
Final Assembly Notes
1. Pressure test the unit.
Note: Relief valves must be plugged (or capped). Refer to Operation (Form 160.79-OM1).
2. Evacuate and charge with refrigerant (refer to Operation (Form 160.79-OM1)).
