• Thenattachtheexiblehosetotheairintakeconnector
withahoseclamp
• ForfasteningØ80/Ø100freshairintaketube(optional
equipment – item no. 51047509 / 51012164), see the
manual(itemno.10047508)accompanyingtheexternal
air set. See the installation instructions that follow with
the external air set. Attach the hose to the external air
connector with a hose clip to avoid using joints. The
external air hose insulation ends approx. 100 mm below
theburnchamber.
4.4 Chimney and ue pipe
• The replace must only be connected to a chimney and
ue pipe approved for solid fuel replaces with ue gas
temperaturesasspeciedin«2.0 Technical Data».
• Several solid fuel stoves can be connected to the same
chimneysystemifthechimneycrosssectionisadequate.
NB: Look into the applicable rules and regulations to
nd out what is permitted. Even a good chimney can
function poorly if it is used incorrectly.
• Thecross-sectionofthechimneymustbedesignedtotthe
replace.Use«2.0 Technical Data» to calculate the correct
chimneycross-section.
• The chimney must be connected in accordance with the
installationinstructionsofthechimneysupplier.
• Beforeaholeismadeinthechimney,theproductshould
betest-mountedinordertocorrectlymarkthepositionof
the replace and the hole in the chimney. See g. 1 for
minimumdimensions.
• Make sure that the ue pipe rises all the way up to the
chimney.
• Witharearoutlet,useauepipebendwithasweephatch
to allow sweeping.
• Pleasenotethatitisextremelyimportantforconnectionsto
haveadegreeofexibility.Thisistopreventanymovement
intheinstallationleadingtotheformationofcracks.

Data».Foruepipedimensionsee“2.0 Technical Data”.
NB: The chimney’s diameter must be at least just as big
as the ue pipe.
NB! The minimum recommended chimney length is 3.5 m
from the ue pipe insert. If the draught istoo strong, a ue
pipedampercanbeinstalledandusedtoreducethedraught.
Operation under different weather
conditions
Theeffectofthewindonthechimneymayhaveasignicant
impactonhowthestovereactsunderdifferentgustloads.It
may be necessary to adjust the air supply to achieve good
combustion.
4.5 Fitting a ue pipe with a top outlet
Theproductissuppliedfromthefactorywiththesmokeoutlet
ttedforthetopoutlet.
