6. Adjusting the belt cover (when M92 is used)

(1) Adjusting the clearance of the cover
Loosen two belt cover setscrew

and adjust so
that the right and left clearances between the belt
cover

and belt
󱀀
are equal.
(Caution) When adjusting the belt cover, take
care not to loosen the setscrew excessively.
(2) Installing the belt cover
 Aligning theconvexsectionsonouterside
󱀂
of
the pulley cover with tapped holes
󱀃
(two loca-
tions) inside the pulley cover, tighten the screws.
(3) Adjusting the roll-in prevention pin
Adjust entanglement preventing pin

with the
screw
󱀅
supplied with the unit so that a clear-
anceofapproximately4mmisprovidedbetween
the belt

and the pin.
(Caution)
1. Be careful of the direction of rotation of the
motor and determine the position of the pin

. (Position shown in the figure is the in-
stalling position when the motor rotates in
the direction of the arrow mark.)
