Adjustment Procedures Results of Improper Adjustment
™ Loosen the two screws %4 and adjust the position by moving
the presser bar bracket %5 up and down.
™ If the clearance between the
presser bar bracket and the
presser bar bushing is too small,
the bottom face of the presser
foot is not closely fitted on the
throat plate.
If the clearance is too large, the
lifting amount of the presser foot
becomes small.
™ Loosen screw %6 and adjust by moving the bracket %7 .
