4 Permanent settings in programming mode
The water hardness can be adjusted on a continuous scale between
1 °dH and 30 °dH.
T Press the
‘Pc’ button.
T Press the
‘>’ button several times until ‘5/5’ is displayed.
T Press the
‘Water hardness’ button.

T Press the ‘<’ or ‘>’ button to change the setting for the
water hardness.
T Press the
‘Save’ button.
‘Saved’ appears briefly on the display.

T Press the ‘’ button to exit programming mode.
In the program item
‘4/5’ / ‘Rinse the milk system’ you can make the
following settings:
U
‘Manual’: You are prompted to perform milk system rinsing
10minutes after preparation of a specialty coffee with milk.
U
‘Automatic’: The milk system rinsing is automatically initiated
10minutes after preparation of a specialty coffee with milk.
Example:Proceed as follows to set the milk system rinsing to be
initiated automatically 10 minutes after the preparation.
