NEWS:  News. CHILDREN: Programs targeted at a young 
audience. 
AFFAIRS:  Topical program expanding or 
enlarging upon news-debate or 
analysis.
SOCIAL: Programs about sociology, history, 
geography, psychology and society. 
INFO:  Programs the purpose of which is to 
impart advice in the widest sense.
RELIGION: Religious programs.
SPORT: Programs concerned with any aspect 
of sports. 
PHONE IN: Involving members of the public 
expressing their views either by 
phone or at a public forum. 
EDUCATE: Educational programs.  TRAVEL: Travel information. 
DRAMA: All radio plays and serials.  LEISURE: Programs about recreational 
activities. 
CULTURE: Programs concerning any aspect of 
national or regional culture, including 
language and theater. 
JAZZ: Jazz music. 
SCIENCE: Programs about natural sciences and
