@ Motor bracket (Recording/playback deck)
1) Remove the three screws q).
2) Remove the chassis and Motor bracket from the button
side.
Then remove the bracket arm (panel).
(The synchro arm can be removed from the pause lock.
Return the pause lock after it is removed from the pro-
per position.}

and loosen screw (3).
2) Remove the erase head mounting screw (4) and G).
