What to do if K2 Pumps UTS03301K runs but doesn't empty the sink?

If your K2 Pumps Water Pump runs but the sink doesn't empty, the drain might be clogged. Try clearing the drain screen. Also, the discharge line could be blocked; unplug the pump and clear the discharge line. Ensure the shut-off valve is slightly open. The discharge line might be too high or long; unplug the pump and reduce its height or length (11 ft. max). Finally, check that the check valve is correctly installed, with the flow arrow pointing away from the pump.
