9.7 Tubes
By regularly cleaning the tubes (see
Cleaning and
care instructions
) you can help preserve their tanning
power. When replacing the tubes, you must also
replace the starters. Replace tubes and starters only
against ones of the same type. The colour filter of the
tanning device lighting must be replaced whenever
the tube is replaced.
Dismantle the acrylic panes as it is described in the
section “Cleaning and replacing the acrylic panes”.
Dismantle the tubes by turning each tube a quarter
turn towards the front or towards the back and then
pulling it out.
To clean the tubes, use warm water and a chamois.
Do not use any aggressive detergents or agents con-
taining alcohol.
When installing new tubes, replace the starters first.
Installing the tubes: Make sure that the inscription
on the tubes is visible, for otherwise, there will be no
tanning effect.
The assembly is carried out in reverse order. Reset
the operating hours counter in the service menu.
9.11 Interior unit lighting
If the device is lighted by means of high-performance-
LED‘s (Four Seasons), these can only be replaced
by a qualified specialist if they are defective. In this
case, contact the service department!
If the device is lighted by means of fluorescent lights,
proceed as follows:
TOP CROWN
• Undo the two screws at the facing of the “Tower
lighting in top crown” and remove the facing.
• Turn the lighting tube a quarter turn towards the
front and take it out towards the front.
• Replace the lighting tube and, if present, the colour
filter.
• Fasten the facing again.
