CHECK AND REPLACE ENGINE LUBRICANT OIL
CHECK THE OIL LEVEL
1. Check the oil level constantly or before taking a long trip. The oil level must be maintained
between the maximum limit and the minimum limit.
2. Place the motorcycle in an upright position and check the Underpanel located on the lower right side of
the engine.
3. If it is missing, fill up to the upper limit mark with 15W/40 multigrade oil.

The engine must be completely at rest and cold.
Bayonet
Never use the engine when the oil level is below the minimum limit, this will cause severe and
irreparable damage to the engine and you will automatically lose your warranty.
REPLACE ENGINE LUBRICANT OIL
1. Place a container under the engine. With the engine off, remove the drain screw and remove the oil
filter located on the left side of the engine. Wait several minutes for the oil to drain completely.
(Never start the engine without oil)

2. Replace the oil filter, make sure the o-ring is in good condition. Reinstall the filter and tighten
the drain screw. (The filter cannot be mounted upside down)
Fill with 15W -40 multigrade motor oil for four-stroke engines, check levels and check for
leaks. Warm up the engine for 1 minute and measure the level again. It will use
approximately 1.4 lt.
If you drive in dusty areas, change the lubricating oil frequently.
