GEAR SHIFT
There are 3 types of transmissions and gear changes on Keeway motorcycles. It is essential to review the

motorcycle has so you can follow the steps mentioned below.
MANUAL TRANSMISSION
1. Press the clutch lever when the engine is in neutral speed, change the speed by moving the shift pedal
to first gear (First down).
2. Accelerate the engine gradually and release the clutch slowly, the two operations must be in harmony
to ensure stability.
3. When the vehicle is at a stable speed, you should reduce the engine speed, press the clutch and press
the gear lever with your foot to second gear (up), gently release the clutch. All changes must be made
in the same way.
4. To brake, use the front and rear brakes lightly and at the same time. Do not brake too hard to avoid
losing control of the unit.
5. To return the gears in motion you will have to press the clutch lever while releasing the accelerator,
go down a gear with the shift pedal and slowly release the clutch while controlling the accelerator at
the same time. Be careful not to rev the engine outside of specifications as it may cause
irreparable damage.
When changing speeds, the clutch must be depressed and the engine must not accelerate, otherwise it
