Turning the handle (2) down will activate
the engine throttle. To decelerate you only have
to return the handle to its original position. If
you release it, it must return by itself.
IGNITION SWITCH
Power on (1):Indicates that the entire circuit is energized,
can start the engine, the key cannot be removed.
Off(2):Indicates that the entire circuit is off, the motor tor
cannot be turned on, the key can be removed.
Closed**(3):The handlebar cannot be moved; the
engine cannot start; the key can be removed. To
secure the handlebars, move the handlebars
completely to the right or left. Insert the key into the
lock located on the side of the handlebar, press and
return clockwise.clock to “lock” (closed); turn the key
clockwise tounlock the handlebar.
