Auto trigger sensing
The auto trigger sensing is available for manual calibration and verification with MIG/MAG and TIGprocesses.
Where applicable, the auto trigger sensing function allows the welding gun/torch trigger to be used to initiate the veri-
fication measurement at the different setpoints during the manual verification process. When the function is not in use,
the user must operate the ArcValidator RC to start the measurement at each setpoint.
In automatic verification the auto trigger sensing function is not needed, the ArcValidator system controls the equip-
ment independently during verification. Refer to "Verification" on page20 for more information on automatic and
manual verification.
