2.5 Installing label printer driver
This is an optional ArcValidator feature for printing a verification approval label. The supported label printer models are
Kroko Pro 3600R and PearLabel 360 (a.k.a. Kroko 36C).
If the previous version of the ArcValidator label printer has been used with the computer, the old version of the
printer driver software must be removed before installing the new version.
Do not attempt to connect the label printer USB cable until instructed to do so.
Printer driver
Follow the instructions below to install the necessary printer drivers for the label printer on your computer:
1. Download the driver installation package (zip) here: https://apps.kemppi.com/pc/arcv/assets/krokodriver.zip.
2. Extract the zip file contents into their own folder.
3. Open the folder where the files were extracted.
4. Run setup.exe with administrative privileges (run as administrator).
5. Follow the installation wizard:
>> Select your language (English / Finnish)
>> Select the "Install driver only" option
>> Read and confirm the license terms and conditions
>> Select the correct printer model: Kroko Pro 3600R or PearLabel 360 (Kroko 36C)
