6.2.1.2 Tare weighing (tare)
The empty weight of any weighing container can be tared at the push of a button, so
that the net weight of the item to be weighed is displayed during subsequent weigh-
ings.
Operation Display
Place the empty tare container on the
weighing plate. The total weight of the
applied container is displayed.
Press the key to start the tare pro-
cedure.
The weight of the container is now
stored internally.
Place the items to be weighed in the tare
container.
Now read off the weight of the items on
the display.
