5 Event and error messages
Error Cause Remedy
Display Dark
• Back lighting set too dark ➜ Set back lighting (b.LIGHt)
brighter
• No mains voltage ➜ Check mains
• Unit switched off ➜ Switch on unit
• Mains cable not plugged in ➜ Plug in mains plug
• Brief fault ➜ Switch device off and back on
again
Insufficient load
• Load plate not on the scale ➜ Place load plate on the scale
➜ Set to zero
• Weighing range not reached
Overload
• Weighing range exceeded ➜ Unload scale
➜ Reduce preload
• Result not yet stable ➜ If necessary adjust vibration
adapter or weigh dynamically
• Function not permissible ➜ Unload scale and set to zero
• Zeroing not possible with over-
load or insufficient load
➜ Unload scale
• No calibration ➜ Unplug the mains plug then plug
it back in; switch unit off and then
back on in battery mode
➜ Calibrate scale
➜ Contact your dealer or local rep-
resentative
• Printout not yet ended ➜ End printout
➜ Repeat required action
• Switching the weighing unit
impermissible during dynamic
weighing
➜ End dynamic weighing
➜ Switch weighing unit
• EAROM checksum error ➜ Unplug the mains plug then plug
it back in; switch unit off and then
