Ground Unit cable and accessory

GNDU has triaxial type connector as well as SMU. However the terminal assignment is different from SMU. Force and sense are

integrated into a single terminal. A central conductor is Sense, the inner shield is Force, and the outer shield is Common. 16493L GND

unit cable is designed for the GNDU that can sink the current up to 4.2 A. The GNDU to Kelvin adapter separates the Force and Sense

for cabling like SMU.
