Step 6. After a while, the E5061B restarts automatically.

Step 1-4. Follow the steps of Windows XP Pro for
Embedded Systems (HDD Rev KY22x and above).
Step 5. In the License agreement dialog box, select the I accept
this agreement box and click the Next >
